We offer a wide range of activites to improve health and wellbeing. We offer a number of activity sessions throughout the week including the following:
- Line Dancing
- Tai Chi/ relaxation
- Yoga
- Singing for pleasure
- 50+ Aerobics
- Pilates
- Dance Aerobics
Weight management We run weight management courses throughout the year the courses last for six weeks and are delivered by trained weight management leaders. The course is designed for adults who need help in planning a suitable weight loss programme based on the latest evidence of what works best.
Cookery Courses We deliver a variety of cookery courses throughout the year covering topics including low fat cooking, family cookery and cooking on a budget.
5-a-day information We promote healthy eating messages and provide information to increase awareness of the benefits of a low fat diet, and increase fruit and vegetable consumption.
Allotment We have an organic allotment where volunteers can learn growing skills and get some outdoor exercise. The produce is shared amongst the volunteers.
